SOMAMEDITATION

SomaMeditation was developed by James Burkhardt and is based on traditional meditation techniques as well as the most current mind / body research. It is a set of tools that allows the practitioner to get in touch with their inner self, quiet their minds, relieve stress and develop a personal meditation routine.

The techniques train the practitioner to observe their inner state and overcome negative mental programming, replacing it with a new positive way of being. Since the outer world is a reflection of the inner state, people usually quickly see changes happening in their lives as they clear tension and get stronger inside.

Inner work is truly the only way one can change one’s life. Forced change from the outside will almost always result in reverting to old habits and patterns. By changing from the inside out and developing a regular practice, the change is organic and the results are life long.

Consistency is key. It is called a meditation practice, because it only works with regular practice. The system is presented in a progressive step by step fashion, so it is easy to learn. One can then tailor a personal meditation practice and incorporate it into one’s daily routine. The internal evolution will affect all areas of one’s life.
